Flat or Ribbed – Which One Do You Need?
Flat strips are the standard choice. Most warehouses and cold rooms use these. They work perfectly for normal daily traffic.
Ribbed strips have raised lines on the surface. Why does this matter? Because when a forklift or pallet goes through, the ribs take the hit first — not the smooth surface. This reduces drag, stops strips from sticking together, and makes the strips last longer. Great for busy doorways with lots of traffic.
